IDEA AND OBJECTIVES
IDEA:
The Nigerian Youth possesses an adventurous spirit, is dynamic and always ready to
embrace change. This may very well explain why they are selected and utilized as target
markets for most organizations offering (product). Thus considering the fact that the
members of this group enjoy being entertained and are better attached to visual an artistic
displays, our concept, THE NOW GENERATION “BE INSPIRED PROJECT”, has
been designed as a 2-Day event (over the weekend) that will include;
A Motivational Interactive Session where participants will be encouraged to
develop their talents.
A Novelty Football Match, and
A Social Networking Party
The essence of designing the concept in this manner is to stimulate and arouse the interest
of our target audience whilst creating an appropriate atmosphere for effective market
communication. This will undeniably ensure the success of our Brand Marketing and
Media Campaign, which is expected to serve as a communication system that will enhance
promotion of your brand among the average Nigerian youth.
OBJECTIVES:
Through our proposed Idea your organization will achieve the following;
Create a new and improved image for your brands amongst a viable segment of the
Nigerian market.

ACTION PLAN:
Positioning of a product is a thing of the mind and when approached appropriately,
enables an organizations product occupy a unique place in the mind of the consumers.
However the success of any positioning plans largely depends on its ability to stimulate
and arouse the interest of its target audience.
Thus owing to the fact that a large proportion of our target audience/market has a passion
for entertainment and are better attracted to visual/artistic displays, we have designed an
awareness stimulation plan that will create a compelling desire for our brainchild –THE
NOW GENERATION “BE INSPIRED” PROJECT, which will invariably assist position
your brand(s) name appropriately in their minds.
PROJECT SUMMARY:
1. EVENTS CONTENT
DAY 1: MOTIVATIONAL/INTERACTIVE SESSION
The Now Generation “Be Inspired” Project will kick off with a Motivational/Interactive
Session where participants will be encouraged to take action in relation to their dreams and
aspirations. This will include talks by guests from different walks of life. In other words,
this session will be crafted in form of a symposium/workshop where young entrepreneurs
who have been able to successfully carve a niche for themselves, will be present to inspire
and motivate participants
SPECIAL GUEST OF HONOR:
DAY 2 NOVELTY FOOTBALL MATCH/AWAWARNESS CAMPAIGN:
A large proportion of our young ones have a passion for one form of entertainment or the
other and messages conveyed through entertaining platforms are better absorbed and
easily recalled. Thus in order to appropriately achieve the objective of this project, we
have designed a Novelty match where our two major sponsors will have a team of young
Nigerians as their players. These teams will be dressed in your brand jerseys’ and then
later on, there will be a club party where participants get to network with their pairs.
2. MEDIA COVERAGE
We have established relationships with various media houses who have promised their
support to give the event maximum coverage, which will include;

i. Pre Event Publicity: Jingles for the line up of events will be aired on TV, Radio and
The Internet.
ii. Coverage of the Conference and Novelty Match will be exclusively covered by
Monster Music, Galaxy TV, Brandworld TV Show, Event Made Easy, Market
Point, The Metropolix, TVC, Xcite TV, Papaz TV and some host of others will be
covering the events.
Basically we guarantee that the event will enjoy maximum media coverage, which will be
good PR for your Brand(s).
3. INVITATIONS/ATTENDANCE/PARTICIPATION
Participants will be drawn from major cities in the six geo political zones of the country,
namely; Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Ibadan and Kano. However in order to be
selected interested youths will have to send their details via a special number code, which
will be procured for the purpose of the project and the more the number of text messages
being sent, the more the persons chances of being a part of the project.
CONCLUSION
The benefits of developing and maintaining a strong brand name is that it leads to an
improved corporate image and builds a healthy sales pipeline. Thus through innovation a
business organization is able to sell the benefits of its brand(s) to a much larger audience
